  1. Contact Us.
  2. Determine Your Product Mix.
    Review our website and sample materials to determine which Persona solution sets suit your needs and interests. Where there is an opportunity, attend a Persona public program or conference event to experience our performance solutions. This accomplishes two goals: First, you can try the “Persona Approach;” and second, you can take the first important step in the certification process.
  3. License a New Opportunity for Your Organization.
    Once licensing terms are agreed upon, you will receive: (1) a complete set of materials for marketing the various Personacourseware and surveys, (2) copies of all related participant manuals, and (3) copies of all related facilitator’s guides. You will also have your own personalized online “folder” on our Persona Assessment Center (PAC).
  4. Become Certified.
    A qualified Persona instructor will conduct a Train-The-Trainer certification program at your office or ours. Training will be given on those Persona programs you have selected as part of your license agreement. Your team can then develop a marketing plan for your territory, and you will receive assistance in developing your own Persona Business Opportunities Kit.
  5. Run Your Own Persona 
    Once you’re ready to run your first workshop you are never alone. Assistance from Persona is only a phone call or email away.
