Paul Stuart

Paul Stuart is the Regional Director of Persona GLOBAL®, based in Singapore. As an experienced consultant, Paul is well versed in the consulting business and is able to utilize Persona GLOBAL®’s proprietary tools and techniques to further enhance his consulting capabilities.

Paul brings with him a wealth of managerial experience, spanning a wide range of senior positions in General Management, Human Resources, Operations and Project Management across several sectors including Airlines (British Airways, Cathay Pacific Airways and Scandinavian Airlines), Catering, Logistics and Consulting.

His last managerial position was as Managing Director of a specialist industrial process layout and design consultancy, i+o Asia (a subsidiary of Thyssen of Germany); working primarily in the warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and food processing sectors. Paul successfully expanded their business into both new industry sectors and geographic regions.

Prior to joining Persona GLOBAL® Paul was a freelance consultant and facilitator specializing in organizational and people development issues. He also carried out numerous general business consultancy projects in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) sector in Singapore.

Born and educated in the UK, Paul also has considerable international exposure having completed assignments in the Middle East, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, India and Japan and lived and worked for 5 years in Hong Kong and 6 years in Singapore.


Paul has facilitated a wide range of interventions and has a special interest in the development of managerial skills in the areas of leadership, motivation, influencing and performance management.

Amongst the subjects he has covered are – Strategy Development, (including the setting of Vision and Mission statements and Core Values), Leadership (including Motivation, Delegation, Objective Setting, Employee Development etc), Presentation Skills, Strategic Influencing, Facilitation Skills, Performance Management, Successful Negotiations, Networking Skills, Effective Communications, Development of Effective Teams, Leading and Developing Virtual Teams, Project Management—both process and people skills, Leadership Styles, Organizational Savvy / Surviving Organizational Politics, Change Management, Priority Management, Report Writing and Rapid Reading.

Paul has also facilitated a number of managerial off-site events, providing enjoyable and thought-provoking activities to reinforce the event’s key themes.

Recent consultancy projects include:

  • the re-design of a fashion company’s organizational structure, performance management system and recruitment and retention strategy
  • recommending the project management structure for an airline subsidiary’s major construction project
  • the review of the human capital strategy and processes for an engineering company
  • the re-design of the job scope, benefits package and performance review system for a social club’s Supervisory staff
  • advising a restaurant chain on the design and implementation of a staff retention and development policy

Current Activities

As Regional Director, Paul is responsible for Persona GLOBAL®’s business development in Asia Pacific, including the growth and development of direct business as well as supporting and developing the network of Business Partners in the region. He also provides direct support to the Business Partners in promoting and implementing Persona GLOBAL®’s Strategic Change methodology and its associated tools and products. In addition, in his role as a senior consultant he performs consultancy services and facilitates training workshops and other interventions, including the Organizational Alignment Survey, Customer Experience Management+ and the Persuasive Communicator series.


Paul has worked with a wide range of clients in various industry sectors and locations including:

Multi National companies such as UBS, Unilever, Reuters, 3M, Cisco Systems, IKEA, Credit Suisse, DLA Piper, British American Tobacco, Munich Reinsurance, FremantleMedia, Thai Airways, Philip Morris, Hewlett-Packard, PHP (Japan) and Halliburton.

Singapore-based companies and government agencies including Singapore Airlines, Singapore Technologies, SingTel, Keppel Logistics, The Hollandse Club, Media Development Authority of Singapore and Inter-Roller Engineering.

Education &Training

Paul holds an HND (Distinction) in Business Studies, is a Graduate member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (IPD) in the UK and an Accredited Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB). He is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and an active member of its local Singapore chapter. He is also a certified facilitator for the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI).
